These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the One Meter Land Marketplace platform (the "Platform"), operated by Quantum Seed LLC, a company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. About the Platform

One Meter Land Marketplace is an online platform designed to facilitate access to land ownership opportunities and property participation projects.

The Platform allows users to:

  • discover land acquisition opportunities
  • participate in property projects
  • collaborate with other participants to acquire land assets
  • list properties through approved agents and landowners

The Platform is intended to provide access to land projects, not financial products.

Users participate in property acquisition activities, not investment programs.

2. Platform Operator

The Platform is owned and operated by:

Quantum Seed LLC provides the technology infrastructure that allows users to connect, participate in land projects, and access property opportunities.

Quantum Seed LLC does not act as a broker, investment advisor, financial institution, or real estate agent unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Nature of Participation

Participation on the Platform relates to property access and land acquisition opportunities.

Users acknowledge that:

  • participation involves property transactions
  • participation does not represent a financial investment product
  • participation does not include guaranteed financial outcomes

The Platform does not offer securities, investment contracts, or financial instruments.

4. No Guarantees

Land ownership and property projects involve inherent uncertainties.

Quantum Seed LLC does not guarantee:

  • property value changes
  • appreciation of land
  • financial outcomes
  • resale opportunities
  • market conditions

Users participate voluntarily and accept that property ownership carries risks.

5. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, users must create an account.

Users agree to:

  • provide accurate information
  • maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials
  • be responsible for all activity conducted under their account

Quantum Seed LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Property Listings

Properties may be listed on the Platform by landowners, approved agents, and verified property representatives.

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before participating in any property opportunity.

7. Fees

The Platform may charge fees for services such as property listings, enhanced listing visibility, participation in property acquisition opportunities, and agent services.

All applicable fees will be disclosed prior to payment.

8. Agent Participation

Agents may use the Platform to list properties and facilitate property access for landowners and buyers.

Agents are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and licensing requirements in their jurisdictions.

9. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the Platform lawfully, respect other participants, avoid fraudulent activity, and conduct proper property research before participating.

10. Platform Availability

Quantum Seed LLC aims to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Seed LLC shall not be liable for losses related to property transactions, decisions made by users, or inaccuracies in property listings.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and platform technology are the property of Quantum Seed LLC unless otherwise stated.

13. Termination

Quantum Seed LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access if users violate these Terms or fraudulent behavior is detected.

14. Changes to Terms

Quantum Seed LLC may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Wyoming.
