Agent & Listing Agreement

One Meter Land Marketplace

Effective Date: March 17, 2026

This Agent & Listing Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between real estate agents, brokers, landowners, or authorized property representatives ("Agent" or "Listing Partner") and the One Meter Land Marketplace platform (the "Platform"), operated by Quantum Seed LLC.

1. Purpose of the Platform

One Meter Land Marketplace provides a digital environment where landowners and agents can list properties, users can explore land ownership opportunities, and property acquisition projects may be presented to the community.

2. Eligibility of Agents

Agents must: be legally authorized to represent the listed property, have permission from the property owner, comply with applicable real estate laws, and provide accurate contact and identity information.

3. Property Listing Requirements

All listings must contain accurate and truthful information, include correct location details, represent the property honestly, include clear pricing, and disclose any known restrictions or limitations.

4. Listing Authorization

By submitting a listing, the Agent confirms they are authorized by the property owner, the property is legally available, and no conflicting agreements prohibit the listing.

5. Listing Fees and Visibility Options

The Platform may offer optional listing tiers: Basic Listing (standard visibility), Featured Listing (enhanced visibility), and Premium Listing (featured placement and priority verification). Fees are generally non-refundable once published.

6. Agent Compensation

Agents may earn compensation through listing services, property transaction commissions, and participation in acquisition projects. Compensation structures may vary.

7. Agent Responsibilities

Agents agree to respond to inquiries in a reasonable timeframe, maintain updated listing information, communicate professionally, and remove listings that are no longer available.

8. Prohibited Activities

Agents may not: list properties without authorization, post excessive duplicate listings, upload false information, attempt to manipulate visibility unfairly, or engage in fraudulent practices.

9. Listing Review and Removal

Quantum Seed LLC reserves the right to review, modify, suspend, or remove listings that violate platform policies.

10. Compliance with Laws

Agents are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including real estate licensing requirements, advertising regulations, and consumer protection laws.

11. Termination of Agent Access

The Platform may suspend or terminate agent accounts if this Agreement is violated or fraudulent activity is detected.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
